Homeowners Picnic 2019 - Volunteers Needed

Dear Homeowners,

Join us to celebrate the Annual Homeowners Picnic on Sunday September 1st, 2019 from noon to 4pm. The picnic will be held at the TKPOA Pavilion in the outdoor area next to the outdoor pool, large park area, and Pavilion Beach. Cove Advisors Needed for Bavarian Isle, Aloha Isle, and Makai Isle

It is important that all TKPOA subdivisions are represented by a property owner living within their subdivision. Per the Advisor rules, any owner in good standing may volunteer to serve as the Advisor to their Subdivision or Cove. Otherwise the property owners may nominate themselves or another owner within that subdivision, confirmed by a vote of the Board of Directors.

TKM&YC Boat Launching and Retrieval Rights Restored for TKPOA Property Owners

On April 26th, 2019 Tahoe Keys Property Owners Association (TKPOA) received a voicemail message from Mike Herron – Acting Manager of Tahoe Keys Marina and Yacht Club (TKM&YC) indicating that the TKM&YC will be honoring the 1991 Superior Court of California – Stipulation Agreement No: 1225, and will provide free boat launching and retrieval to TKPOA Property Owners. Even though this “voicemail message” does contain a number of inaccuracies as it relates to the 1991 Superior Court of California – Stipulation Agreement No: 1225 and its implementation of TKPOA Property Owners free unlimited launching and retrieval of their boats we “understand the intent of this message”.
